VMRO-BND* - the Official Mouthpiece of neo-Nazism in Sofia

* VMRO-BND - Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization - Bulgarian National Movement

In the absence of BNS (Bulgarian National Union), VMRO-BND took on the role of the main mouthpiece of neo-Nazism in Sofia. VMRO-BND has been notorious for systematically propagating hatred against our neighboring peoples in the Balkans. More recently, VMRO-BND won the hearts of Sofia’s neo-Nazis by means of anti-Gypsy propaganda, which included as its leading slogan the destruction of the Gypsy ghettos in Sofia.

VMRO-BND received further support from Sofia’s neo-Nazis for including in their electoral list for municipal councilors the renowned Dimitur Lazarov Lazarov – the Homeless:

The latter organized and executed a number of assaults on leftist activists in Sofia. On 1 May 2009 Lazarov was arrested and tried for assaulting an elderly female cancer patient, who had participated together with her daughter in a May Day rally. Lazarov has been prosecuted for the 6 January 2010 assault of leftist activist Boris Boev. Further, Lazarov was arrested then released on bail under charges of participation in the battery of 6 June 2010 on the 20 tram line, a case of brutal neo-Nazi assault currently under investigation and likely to go to court. One of the main defendants in the trial will be the so-called Homeless himself.

It is known that the liaison between VMRO-BND and Dimitur Lazarov is no other but Angel Dzhambazki, the mayoral candidate and electoral list leader for municipal councilors from VMRO-BND in Sofia. Dzhambazki is also good friends with the leader of the neo-Nazi terrorist gang, National Resistance Bulgaria, Nikola Manchev. The latter sat among VMRO’s fans during the TV debate among Sofia’s mayoral candidates on Bulgarian National Television (circled in red below):

Dzhambazki was also supported by one of the main neo-Nazi soccer clubs in Sofia, the so-called South Division (more commonly written SD, a straightforward reference to the abbreviation of the SS security service, SD – Sicherheitsdienst der SS). These are the persons who provide the “mass” character (together with neo-Nazis from Germany and Romania) to the celebrations of General Lukov, as well as to the rest of the neo-Nazi demonstrations organized by National Resistance.
